This retreat grew from the meeting of two soul sisters walking different yet complementary paths.
Ayelet’s grounding Iyengar Yoga practice shaped by the Himalayas, and Supriya’s deep work with the unconscious mind and emotional healing.
Together we created a retreat that feels honest, human, and rooted in real experience - a place where movement, awareness, nature, and music meet to open the heart in gentle, meaningful ways.
We believe that our methods strengthen one another, offering participants a deeper and more connected journey, one that supports both body, mind and soul.
Our intention is simple: to create a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with our soul's wisdom.

Ayelet Shilgy
Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (RIMYI, Pune)
Ayelet is a dedicated Iyengar Yoga teacher with over two decades of personal practice and more than a decade of teaching experience. Originally from Israel, she first arrived in Dharamshala in 2003, an encounter that changed the course of her life and eventually led her to make the Himalayas her home. She later founded Mountain View Yog Studio, where she teaches students from around the world and continues to study with senior Iyengar teachers internationally.
Iyengar Yoga and the Himalayas are woven into Ayelet’s heart and everyday life - two soulful companions that ground her, open her, and remind her to live from a quieter, more honest place.
Her daily practice nurtures discipline and motivation, and reminds her to meet each day with presence, sensitivity, and authenticity.
Ayelet’s teaching is heartfelt and attentive. She offers precise alignment-based instruction while supporting each participant with patience, clarity, and compassion. Her approach blends structure with softness, creating space for students to explore their bodies, breath, and inner experience.
This retreat brings together Ayelet’s lifelong connection to the mountains and her commitment to the transformative power of practice. She opens her home in the Himalayas to create a warm, grounded environment where people can pause, breathe, reconnect, and discover a deeper sense of balance — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Supriya is a certified Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP, Hypnotherapy, and Time Line Therapy®, with years of experience guiding people through emotional release, inner clarity, and meaningful personal change. Her journey into this work began with her own search for healing and understanding, a path that revealed the power of working with the unconscious mind and the stories we carry within us.
For Supriya, these modalities have simple and practical tools to help people transform old patterns and open to a deeper sense of purpose.
Her approach is gentle yet precise, blending deep listening with practical techniques that support real, sustainable shifts.
She works with individuals from all walks of life, creating a safe and grounded space where people can explore their emotions, release what no longer serves them, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that have been waiting to be heard.
In this retreat, Supriya brings her warmth, intuition, and years of experience to guide participants through powerful yet accessible processes - helping you reconnect to your inner guidance, expand your awareness, and step into a more aligned and soulful way of living.
Supriya's training approach is both empathetic and practical. She is also a devotional musician and sacred ceremonies space holder.
